Reasons
What people come in for
This is what neighbors tell us when they book. It is not a list of what we treat, and every plan starts with what you say.
Tight shoulders and neck
Often from desk work, driving or a new baby.
An aching low back
Stiffness that comes back after a long day.
Headaches
People come in for headaches that keep returning.
Trouble sleeping
A busy mind at night, or waking in the small hours.
Stress and a full plate
People who want an hour that is only theirs.
Stiff, sore joints
Knees, hips and hands that complain on cold mornings.

What acupuncture does not do
Acupuncture does not replace your doctor, your medicine or a test your doctor has asked for, and no visit comes with a promise. Results vary from person to person, and some people notice little.
See a doctor first for sudden, severe pain, chest pain, new weakness or numbness, a high fever, or loss of bladder or bowel control. In an emergency, call 911.
Not sure it is for you?
Call and ask. Elnora will tell you plainly whether a visit makes sense.
